MEOMA Membership Fee

A)        Entrance Fees

            i)   Ordinary Member

  1. The entrance fee shall be RM2,000 for Member whose production of both oil and cakes from 600 MT and above a month.
  2. The entrance fee shall be RM1,000 for Member whose production of both oil and cakes bellow 600 MT a month.

            ii)   Associate Member

  1. The entrance fees is RM2,000.

B)        Monthly Production CESS and Annual Subscription

  1. Copra Crusher shall pay a monthly production CESS of 10 sen flat rate per metric tonne (based on the copra crushed), subject to a minimum payment of RM600 per year.
  2. Palm kernel crusher shall pay a monthly production CESS of 9 sen per metric tonne ( based on the palm kernel crushed) for the first 6,000 metric tones and 4 sen metric tones for above 6,000 metric tonne, subject to a minimum and maximum payment of RM600 and RM15,000 per year respectively.
  3. Copra and / or palm kernel crusher who have stopped operation shall pay a nominal subscription of RM600 per year, otherwise their membership shall be terminated automatically.
  4. Refiners and / or oleochemical manufacturer shall pay an annual subscription of RM2,500.
  5. Cooking oil packer shall pay an annual subscription of RM1,500.
  6. Associate member shall pay an annual subscription of RM800.
